She went to the private hospital for obstetrics and gynecology follow-up for her pregnancy. The patient is 21 weeks pregnant with no known comorbidities. She is gravida three and para two. The patient claimed that since 3 days, the shortness of breath (SOB) and cough have been worsening, and she has been inducing herself to vomit more frequently, however, there is no associated dysphagia.
